Sandra Grabosky of Shoreline, Washington won the first prize package including an Olympus EVOLT E-500 8 megapixel digital camera, a Photoflex StarFlash 650 Mercury Umbrella Kit, and a one year membership to Web Photo School.
Shawn Bisi of Venice, California won the second place prize package including a Photoflex First Studio Portrait Kit and a one year membership to Web Photo School.
Jeffrey Lawler won the third place prize package of a one year membership to Web Photo School.

- Entrants must read and agree to the rules stated below

- No purchase is necessary. Limit one entry per person.
- Entries must be received by the day before the close of each drawing period.
- The drawing is open to all, except where void, restricted or prohibited.
- The odds of winning are dependent on the number of entrants.
- Photoflex employees, representatives and distributors or anyone living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter the contest.
- All entrants agree to be bound by these rules and agree to hold Photoflex and Web Photo School, its affiliates, sponsors, independent contractors, distributors, directors, administrators, respective officers and employees free from any liability for injuries or damages of any kind while involved in a contest activity or through the use of this program.
- Entrants agree to be bound by these rules. No assignment, transfer, or substitution of the program prizes will be permitted except by the sponsor. The program prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. Any person who supplies false information will be disqualified.
- Entrants agree by entering the contest to allow Photoflex and Web Photo School to add the information given by each entrant to the respective mailing lists.
- Entrants agree by entering the contest to allow Photoflex and Web Photo School to publish the winner's name on the winners page of each respective web site at the end of each contest cycle.
- Winner will be chosen at random five days after the close of each contest period.
